Hi, I'm Brad. Like many of you, I have been a consumer of a variety of products & services for many years....some good, some not so good and some that were just terrible. To be honest, there were times when I wanted to let a company know how great I thought their product was, but rarely did I get around to writing that letter. And to be really honest, there were times when I wanted to give a company a piece of my mind regarding their %^& product, but usually settled for hitting the product with a hammer, punching a wall, yelling at my girlfriend, etc.....

After a particularly bad incident with a cell phone provider, and after throwing my cell phone out of a ten story window (don't worry, no one was hurt but my phone), I came up with the idea for this website. A place to rant, rave or simply vent. The difference is, now our voices can be heard. The internet now gives volume to the thousands of isolated voices, and becomes a weapon of change. And for those companies who choose to ignore us......they have been warned.
